We at Happinesz.com love you and our planet very much and to keep the carbon footprint as low as possible, we ship our natural body care products the best and the most environmental friendly way and of course as budget friendly as possible. In general this is by regular mail as a letterbox package with track & trace as that is by far the most environmental and economical way as there are no extra transportation needs necessary and nobody has to drive out especially for you.
However, when the products are too large to be sent in a letterbox package we will send it as a regular package.

Shipping Policy

Our natural body care products in tins are being shipped in carton boxes that will fit standard mailbox openings so will be delivered in your mailbox. You don't have to stay at home and wait for it or to arrange the delivery with your neighbors/family/friends. You only need an accessible mailbox that can hold the letterbox package. Make sure it is empty and large enough to receive the letterbox package.

All products in bottles will be delivered the regular way.

We always ship within the same or next working day and in general you will have your package after 1-2 working days when you are located in the Netherlands and 3 - 5 working days later when you are located in the rest of Europe and 5 - 7 working days when you are located in the rest of the world depending on how much time customs of your country needs to give clearance.
