We tend to be our own worst enemies by blaming mistakes and have a lot of self-criticism. Of course it is good to be aware of the mistake you made and see the improvements you can make but it is not a good thing to beat yourself up for that all the time. Experts believe that by doing this it can make us feel more miserable. (Remember: Focus on the good things?)
Buddha says; “You are what you think!” So instead of dwelling on your shortcomings, focus on how and value yourself. So thinking more positively about yourself will help you feel stronger, more productive and less stressed. You are going to feel much happier!
