Nursing grievances and holding grudges won’t make you feel good and even more, they can affect your physical and mental health. They can make you aggressive and have a huge impact your blood pressure and cause physical pains. Walk away from people who cause you pain and forgive them. You have to foster forgiveness. Life is too short! As soon as you are able to forgive people you won’t be bothered by grudges and grieves and you will much better!
