Cherish your happy moments
Happiness can be in the small things like enjoying a fine moment with your partner, child or friends. Indulge and be aware you are feeling happy! Enjoying a good meal, a fine vacation, a moment of shared love, a beautiful view, meeting a nice person, a peaceful moment at the beach. These are fine experiences of happiness you may be not aware of. Be mindful, be aware of these moments and be grateful!
