Be grateful

This is a simple strategy but it makes a huge difference in your outlook. There are many ways to practice #gratitude; you can keep a journal of things you are grateful for, you can share three good things that happen to you each day with your partner or friend and you can show gratitude when others help you. Your mood improves when you practice gratefulness.
